Hi, I'm Stacy!

I'm passionate about the transformative power of yoga and its ability to fit seamlessly into our busy lives. Through short, effective practices of mindful movement, my goal is to offer practices that strengthen, stretch, and mobilize the body throughout the workday. I specialize in teaching office yoga and aspire to support others as they discover how even just a few moments of intentional breath centered movement can boost your energy, focus, and overall well-being contributing to a more harmonious work life balance.
As someone who understands the challenges of juggling work, life, and wellness, I believe that movement doesn't have to be complicated or time consuming to make a big impact. My goal is to inspire and empower others to integrate mindful movement into their daily routine in order to feel stronger, calmer, and more focused throughout the day. My approach emphasizes simplicity and accessibility- designed to fit into your workday, whether you're at your desk, in between meetings, or juggling life's many demands.
